ABOUT: AL RAPHA – School of Morality

School of Morality is a unique educational initiative dedicated to nurturing discipline, strong character, and universal human values among children and young people. In today’s world, while academic education has greatly advanced, society continues to face challenges related to declining discipline, respect, and moral responsibility. Recognizing this need, the School of Morality was established to help build a generation that is not only educated but also guided by strong ethical values.

The school follows a secular and universal approach to moral education. It is not affiliated with any religion and does not teach any religious doctrine. Instead, the program is built on universal principles such as humanism, logical thinking, philosophy, and human rights, ensuring that students from all backgrounds can learn and grow together. The founder and CEO, Mr. R. Jeyaprakash, brings a deep passion for character development and youth guidance. He possesses strong teaching abilities and holds a Diploma in Psychology and Counselling, which enables him to understand children's behavior, emotional development, and learning needs. His vision is to guide children and youth toward becoming responsible individuals who contribute positively to society.

At the School of Morality, education goes beyond theory. Our programs focus on practical life learning through listening, reading, observation, and guided practice. Students are taught essential life values such as discipline, obedience, respect, responsibility, and self-control.

Special attention is given to children who may struggle with restlessness, distraction, or lack of mental calmness. Through carefully guided methods such as meditation, concentration practices, and structured lifestyle guidance, the school aims to improve focus, emotional balance, and positive behavior.

Parents also play an important role in the process. By working together with families, the School of Morality encourages healthy habits related to sleep, food, media consumption, and daily discipline, helping children develop a balanced and focused lifestyle.
Our programs are designed for children, teenagers, youth, and even parents and teachers, creating a supportive environment where moral awareness and responsible living can grow.

At its heart, Al RAPHA School of Morality believes that: Education may build intelligence, but character builds life.
AL RAPHA School of Morality is not just a place of learning — it is the beginning of a positive transformation for individuals and society.

Message from the Founder & CEO

In today’s society, children are receiving more education than ever before. Yet, we often see a decline in discipline, respect, and moral responsibility. This concern inspired the creation of the School of Morality.

My vision is simple but powerful: to help children and young people grow not only academically, but also morally and emotionally.
As someone who has studied Psychology and Counselling, I strongly believe that character development must begin at a young age. Children need proper guidance, discipline, and positive values to grow into responsible and compassionate individuals.

The School of Morality was created to provide that guidance. Through structured programs, practical training, and cooperation with parents, we aim to help children develop self-control, respect for others, and responsibility toward society.

Our goal is not only to teach morality but to help children practice it in their daily lives.

I warmly invite parents, teachers, and communities to work together with us in shaping a generation that will build a better and more responsible society.
